COMPASSIONATE PROTECTION IN AN INSECURE WORLD

PROFESSIONAL INVESTIGATIONS, BACKGROUND CHECKS AND LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING

Rapid Response

BGI Criminal Defense Team can quickly respond after first responders have cleared to begin the process of thoroughly documenting the facts surrounding a serious accusation.

If the incident may eventually lead to criminal charges it is very important that the investigation begins soon after the incident. As time passes both physical evidence and witness accounts begin to fade, often differing from those obtained directly after.

A Timely Response Can make all the difference in proving a client's innocence.

Criminal Defense Investigations

If you have been accused of a crime you did not commit it may not be enough to just hire and attorney. While your attorney will do everything within their power to protect your rights under the law, it is also there responsibility to investigate all of your claims of innocence. While most attorneys are well equipped to protect your rights in court, they are not always so equipped to conduct a thorough investigation of the facts surrounding the accusations.

This is where BGI's Criminal Defense Team can help. BGI's team consists of seasoned former law enforcement investigators with over 60 years combined investigation experience.

Our team will be able to rapidly respond and assist you and/or your attorney in investigating all types of crimes from financial crimes, assaults and suspicious deaths to murder.

Our team has already used their experience to successfully clear clients falsely accused of major criminal offenses.

Exculpatory Evidence:

Exculpatory evidence is evidence favorable to the defendant in a criminal trial that exonerates or tends to exonerate the defendant of guilt.

In many instances the initial investigation ends once probable cause has been established to believe a particular subject is responsible for having committed a specific offense. Once accused, seldom does anyone investigate to determine if there are other subjects who could have committed the offense. Evidence which could exonerate the accused is just not the focus of some investigators.

Do not let this happen to you. Your future may depend on it!

Innocence Claims

After all of our years of law enforcement experience, we know it is possible to get accused of a crime you did not commit. It is important to understand that waiting until charges are filed is not always the best time to start your counter investigation. Once accused of a crime you should quickly move to protect your rights and preserve important evidence.
